Have you ever seen a video or footage of something that you can believe? With the CGI technology in the movie industry, almost anything can be conjured out of thin air but this video is truly extraordinary. I am a fan of unbelievable videos. I love UFO’s and every other paranormal object or entity that can be captured on video. I have gotten pretty good at being able to identify when something was fake and when something was authentic. The video above leaves me speechless on how it could be manipulated which then leads to the question if it isn’t fake then what is it?

It appears to be an entity of some sort whether technological, alien, or both. Now I am not saying that this video is definitely not a fake but it appears to be anything but. I have always been a strong advocate of the “seeing is believing” mentality. I have also held onto the truth that no one really knows all the answers to this universe we live in and there are many mysteries yet to be discovered. Could this be one of those mysteries?

There have been many new stories recently in the scientific community. There was a story today that found sponge fossils that would predate the current estimate of the development of animal life by 150 million years. There was another story that NASA had found so many planets that could harbor life that it would be unthinkable to expect that our galaxy wasn’t teaming with life. We have come a long way just in the past year with a lot of new ideas on what is possible in our world let alone our universe. Is this video surveillance above a new dimension of life we just haven’t noticed yet? Does it threaten out security in anyway? I hope the video is authentic. We need some new mysteries to discover, some new challenges, something to unite us all in a common bond. If we found the existence of alien life or a new life form, it would create a new era of cooperation and understanding between us all.

Many people think of bouncers as tough, ornery fighters ready to brawl at a moment’s notice. Unfortunately, many bouncers think of themselves this way, too. In some cases this leads patrons of a bar to be injured by a bouncer.

Bars and nightclubs often play off this perception by hiring large, muscular men for their bouncer positions, hoping to intimidate customers into good behavior, and going for a tough look rather than skill and level-headedness. Combine that decision with the bouncer’s own misconception of his role and the usual lack of appropriate training, and you have a recipe for disaster: fights, injuries, and the use of excessive force.

In reality, the best bouncers never throw a punch. Well-trained, level-headed bouncers seek to make their presence known, watch for potentially explosive situations, and intervene with words before a situation ever becomes violent.

Most bouncers, however, lack the temperament and are never given the training to properly perform this role.

One common situation that leads to excessive force, and to patrons being injured by bouncer misconduct, is when a bouncer must ask a patron to leave the bar. As a general rule, bouncers should not use force to eject a patron. If the situation is properly managed through a discreet exchange, in most cases force will not be necessary in any event. Many bouncers, however, resort to abusive tactics such as kicking or punching, dragging or tackling, and even chokeholds to remove patrons from the bar.

Bouncers also often use excessive force to “break up” a fight that has broken out between customers. Common tactics used by abusive bouncers include headlocks, joint manipulation, pain-generating holds such as wrist locks or arm-twisting, chokeholds, sleeper holds, and “taking down” a customer to the floor, then sitting or kneeling on him.

Each of these tactics can be excessive force, and extremely dangerous. Customers subjected to these tactics have suffered broken bones and jaws, dislocated shoulders, muscle injuries, neck injuries, head and brain injuries, disability and death. In fact, intoxicated and overweight customers have been killed (via positional asphyxiation) when a bouncer simply took them to the floor and kneeled on them for a few minutes.

I am a partner in a catering business that has been very successful in the past.
